Authors:
David Frew is a lifetime resident of Erie, Pennsylvania, a sailor and an author of over thirty books. He is currently a visiting professor at Mercyhurst College, emeritus director of the Erie County Historical Society and a professor emeritus at Gannon University.
Jerry Skrypzak is a retired detective lieutenant with the Erie Police department where he served as the department's CSI. Jerry is also the president of the S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie fishing club, and has spearheaded dozens of restoration and preservation projects.
