    I had a Ambassadeur SX that stopped pulling in line after about 25 uses, so I upgraded to the C4... about 10 times using it, it also has stopped pulling in line. I like how the reel functions when it works, but I would strongly encourage any of you to not buy this reel. Two broken reels from Abu, I'll never buy Abu again.

    I have a variety of Abu Garcia reels, and I have tried other brands as well. The other name brands always fail, thumb bar breaks, spool lock breaks, drag fails...I have experienced every problem you can think of, and the only reel that has never failed on me is Abu Garcia!! I'm done with the rest, and only using the best- Abu Garcia!!
