Who Can Use In-Store Pickup?

Customers who live within 150 miles of our local Pro Shop located in Fairview, Pennsylvania are eligible to place In-Store Pickup orders. The option to choose In-Store Pickup will automatically appear in your “shipping options” at checkout. For customers who may be in close proximity to our Pro Shop and would like to pick up your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 800.922.1219 to request In-Store Pickup.

When Can I Pick Up My Order?

When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification that it can be picked up, outside of the FishUSA Pro Shop. Our daily In-Store Pickup times are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

How Does Pickup Work?

When you arrive at the FishUSA Pro Shop come in and tell any of our friendly staff members that you have an order for pick up. Once we get some info from you, we will will go into our backroom and grab your order. It will be packed up and ready to go so you can get out on the water.

What Happens If An Item Is On Backorder?

Some items may not be readily available for pickup. In this case, a member of our REEL Fast Pickup team will be in touch with additional information shortly after you place your order. FishUSA reserves the right to cancel backordered items that are unavailable within seven days of the date you place your order.

What If I Need To Make A Return?

If you need to return an item or items from your In-Store Pickup order, you may do so online. Please see our return policy and instructions for making a return HERE. You may also return your items inside the Pro Shop during its open hours.
