The Daiwa Exceler LT Spinning Reel is an affordable but high-performance reel that can match the abilities of many more expensive models. The Carbon Light Material Housing, made of a carbon-based material, is light yet very strong, making the Daiwa spinning reel easy to manage even over long periods of use. The machined aluminum handle makes a comfortable strong connection to the main gear of the LT series of reels.
The Air Rotor and Air Bail designs serve to reduce the weight of the Exceler LT reel and efficiently disperse the pressure of the line over the bail to the entire part. Utilizing 5 ball bearings and 1 roller bearing, the reel is extremely smooth and maximizes performance. Despite the common idea that you get what you pay for, the Daiwa Exceler LT series of smartly priced reels offers more design technology and concept than reels that are twice the price.
