The Lamson Liquid S-Series Fly Reel represents the latest iteration of the Lamson Liquid Fly Reels. The S-Series boasts a wider diameter and an improved arbor shape, resulting in smoother fly line spooling compared to its predecessor, which is known for its exceptional value in the realm of fly fishing reels. Additionally, the updated Lamson Liquid Fly Reel's drag knob has been enhanced both in size and grip, facilitating effortless on-the-go adjustments.
These Lamson fly reels continue Liquid's advancements with die-casting, taking structural advantage of the pressure-casting process that can't be done with machining. The Liquid S-Series brandishes a pressure-cast and machined frame and spool with full-radius compound curves and near zero-radius inside corners. This design ensures a precise fit and finish and increased strength-to-weight ratios thanks to the unique pocket spar frame and spool design. The Liquid is a favorite of some in our Pro Shop, and Lamson's updates with the S-Series are bound to make it even more so.
