What you'll do at FishUSA:

  • Lead and Innovate: Build and maintain cutting-edge digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Taboola. Your strategies will drive our sales and efficiently improve the bottom line.
  • Email & SMS Campaigns: Take charge of creating and tracking the performance of our email and SMS marketing strategies. Your goal is to innovatively boost customer engagement with our brand.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, recommending and implementing new opportunities.
  • Collaborate and Create: Work with vendors, pro staff, industry partners, and our internal teams to enhance our marketing efforts. Collaborate with our Content Strategist and Design Team to develop engaging and relevant content as needed.
  • Project Management: Balance and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring all goals, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
  • Marketing Support: Provide crucial support to our overall marketing objectives and department as needed.

What skills FishUSA is looking for:

  • Expertise in Online Marketing: Proven experience in online marketing, email marketing, social media campaigns, and Google Analytics.
  • PPC Proficiency: High proficiency with PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Social Media Savvy: Working knowledge of paid social media platforms, especially Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Engagement Strategies: Advanced knowledge of customer engagement and email/SMS marketing strategies.
  • Passion for the Outdoors: A genuine passion for e-commerce marketing, nature, and outdoor sports.
  • Educational Background: An undergraduate degree in a marketing-related field, or comparable experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of industry-relevant software tools and applications, with proficiency in managing digital files and formats.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Community Engagement: Ability to effectively work and communicate with anglers and members of the fishing community.
  • Analytical Skills: Understanding of proper testing techniques and marketing performance measurement analytics.

Ideal candidates would also have:

  • Fishing Knowledge: A passion for the outdoor lifestyle and a knowledge of freshwater fishing.
  • Creative Skills: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Certifications: Google certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
  • E-Commerce Experience: Experience in a fast paced, results driven e-commerce environment.
  • Web Design: Basic understanding of website design and development experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.15 - $27.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
