We use an Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Message Service(MMS) text messaging platform to periodically send text notifications and text marketing offers. You must opt in to receive these text messages. You opt-in by entering your phone number and subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword or by texting to the number we provide. By opting-in, you agree to the Mobile Terms and Conditions set out in our Terms of Service.
We also offer conversational Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Message Service(MMS) text messaging with our customer service department via our customer service phone number 1-800-922-1219. By sending a SMS/MMS message to this phone number, you opt-in to conversational responses from our customer service department. Reply STOP to opt-out of this service. Opt-in to this conversational service does not result in opt-in to our marketing SMS/MMS campaign. Opt-in to our marketing SMS/MMS campaign does not result in opt-in to our conversational customer service SMS/MMS campaign.
If you are subscribed to our Marketing text messages, we may send you a text message about an abandoned shopping cart or web browsing session. A shopping cart or browse session is considered abandoned within one hour of inactivity or lack of purchase. We use cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts and web browsing activity.
We may send you marketing communications by email. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email we send to you.
