Student Angler Program Application Form
FishUSA is a proud supporter of high school and collegiate fishing programs. If you want to represent FishUSA, please complete and submit this form. We routinely review submissions and will contact you if you are a good fit.
- Program Overview
- 20% discount for all members
- Each competing member of the team is eligible for additional product discounts.
- Each team member receives a welcome package, including FishUSA apparel consisting of a FishUSA T-shirt and hat and (2) FishUSA decals.
- Incentives are offered to clubs and individual anglers.
- Fishing Club/Team Eligibility
- A club/team must be a recognized club by the school’s administration
- A club/team must have a designated advisor, coach, or adult supervisor.
- A club/team must consist of at least four members.
- A club/team must be willing to place the FishUSA logo on their jersey.
- A club/team must provide good-quality photos and videos and be active on social media.
- A club/team must represent and recommend FishUSA in a positive manner both on and off the water.

- Complete a registration form in its entirety.
- Open Enrollment Year Round
